Home School Groups
Plan a visit to the museum with your home school group for an educational experience that brings history to life. The tour guide will customize your group's tour to suit the children's grade level. While kids will explore the museum along with the experienced guide, there are also interactive tools kids can utilize to enhance their understanding of certain exhibits. The tour covers farming life in rural communities, early 1900s children’s education, the Hershey Brownstone Industry, Hershey Estates history, Pennsylvania police history, Major Dick Winters’s Den, and Hershey Bears history. “Discovery Dex” signs provide extra details as the group travels around the museum, and a fun scavenger hunt is available for 7-12 year old learners.
