The Hershey History Center is proud to present Through the Lens of Hershey, a special photography exhibit featuring the work of local photographer John Martin.
The exhibition will be in the Community Room in the lower level of the building. Free admission.
Known for his remarkable ability to capture the beauty, character, and everyday charm of Hershey, John's photographs offer a unique perspective on the places, landscapes, architecture, and moments that make our community special. Through stunning imagery, visitors will experience familiar sights in new ways while celebrating the rich heritage and enduring spirit of our hometown.
The exhibit will showcase a collection of Martin's work in a variety of formats, including framed photographs, canvas prints, and other photographic displays. Select pieces and photography-related merchandise may also be available for purchase.
The museum gift shop sells John Martin's books, smoke(stacks) if you got 'em, and portraits(of a town), Hershey, Pennsylvania, both retail at $20. In addition to the books, the shop also sells a set of “trading cards” for $25.
Join us for an opening reception during our Jazz in the Barnyard weekend and enjoy an evening where art, history, music, and community come together to celebrate the place we call home. Third Stream will perform on Friday, September 4, and is sponsored by Lesher Natural Stone, Quartz and Tile.
