IN 1935

 “A sunshiny day … conductor collect ten cents … boy thumbs ride … motorman grins … homes with gardens and limestone fences … Lebanon County fairgrounds … picket fence showing signs of wear and tear…stable in a state of decay … black-eyed Susan’s

… farms with street car at door … school house at crossroads … hills enclosed valley on both sides.

Lebanon Country Club … lovely limestone fence … tennis courts … club house looks inviting …course flat … nature of country … trolley leaves road and cuts through farms … stopping place at crossroad … power plant of Hershey Transit Company surrounded by gardens … bird … dog house … golden rye … growing wheat … alfalfa high enough to cut … suntanned boy in blue overalls farming … clover – nice odor.
